The 'She Can' project is a female only workout challenge that supports women to reach thier targets in becoming a healthier you. 


Whilst making changes to your eating, fitness & overall fitness it is important to make sure that you do it in a positive and manageable way. For example it is not healthy to " Not Eat", "Cut out all BAD foods the first day", limit yourself to only one meal per day. All of these are myths! These myths will not make you lose weight or gain your targets, being sensible and consistent is key. Water intake plays a huge part in your fitness lifestyle, diet and overall daily routine. The importance of water; - Helps body absorbs nutrients. -Hydrates your body -Protects and cushions your vital organs. -Helps breathing - Regulates body temperature - Feeds your brain - Lubrication for joints & limbs A healthy amount of water for your daily intake should be 2.5litres per day. Being in a calorie deficit will 100% help with your targets ( if being to lose weight). To gain we simply add calories. Whatever the target may be, eating sound be made to be boring, keeping it exciting, enjoyable and 'normal' is absolutely fine. Keeping eating your favour snacks is also fine along as you are sensible with the amount and know the nutritional value in moderation. More will be explained
